Italian Vegetables in Tomato Broth

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes2 cups sliced zucchini1 cup chopped onions3 tsp garlic1 cup chopped cabbage2 cup broccolikosher salt to tastenon-salt seasoning to taste
Directions
Spray pan with vegan non-stick spray (such as PAM). Saute garlic and onion until carmelized with a pinch of kosher salt. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Cook for ten minutes.
