1 Medium Banana1 Low-fat vanilla yogurt (Yoplait, Lucerne, Dannon, etc.)1/4 Cup Non-fat Milk4-6 Ice cubes
Place banana, yogurt, milk and ice cubes in blender and puree until blended. You can add ice cubes or milk as necessary. Quick and easy for on the go in the mornings or a snack. Great way to get your potassium after a workout or long day. Also try subbing other flavors of yogurts to see what kind of concoction you can come up with!
