1 1/2 cups all purpose flour4 1/2 cups water12 oz cubed beef steak
roll steaks in flour. cook steaks until brown on both sides. put steaks into crock pot. put remaing flour in pan used to cook steaks and stir while adding water. stir until smooth. cook until slightly thicken. pour over steaks in crock pot and let cook on low for 4 hours or on warm setting for 8 hours.
steaks will be very tender so be very careful taking out of pot. place one steak in plate and laddle gravy over top. and enjoy.
