Baked Falafel

Ingredients
2 cups Garbonzo beans Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)1/2 cup parsley3 cloves of galic (more or less to taste)1 egg1/2 tsp. salt1'4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mash the garbonzo beans til roughly mashed. Chop garlic, and parsley. Juice Lemon. Beat Egg. Add all ingredients together and mix til all items are incorperated evenly. Take about 2 TBS of the mixture and form into a ball, then squash into a pattie.
Bake on parchment paper lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes-or until firm and lightly browned.
