Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal8 scoops rice protein powder1/3 cup natural peanut butter3/4 cup non-dairy milk3 tbsp pine tree "honey"
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, shape them as bars and wrap each individually in a plastic wrap. Put them in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour to cool down.
