Zucchini, 1 small8 large mushrooms1 Can SW Italian Style Tomatoes12 oz Spinach, freshOnions, raw, .5 large Garlic, 4 cloveCottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2/3 cup (not packed).5 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozarella CheeseLasagna Noodles, 4 oz
Directions
cook tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
cook noodles per instructions.
layer tomato mixture, noodles, cottage cheese, and zucchini.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes.
