Vegan Sour cream

1 block tofu, crumbled3 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix well until completely blended to a nice smooth texture. Store in a air tight container and use within 5 days.
