Joan's Breakfast Casserole

1 lb ground breakfast turkey sausage4 cups frozen shredded hash browns1 small carton egg beaters1/4 cup chopped red onion2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese2-3 tablespoons margarine
Brown sausage in skillet. Place in cooking sprayed casserole dish. Cook hash browns in margarine as directed. Place on top sausage. Fry egg beaters as directed. Place on top of hash browns. Top with cheese. Place casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for 15-20mins or until heated through and cheese melts. (Add onion to hash browns.while cooking Add salt and pepper to taste.
