Start with a lettuce (or greens/spinach) base; add Fajita Strips (bought at walmart - heat them if you want), Guacamole, Taco Sauce, Black Olives, Corn, Diced Tomatoes, Kraft chipotle mayo, Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese. No cooking required. This is a large salad - I like to feel full enough to hold me over for the night. It works for me because I graze in the evenings.
