HCG P2 Chciken and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
3.5 Oz Chicken Breast Ground1 Cup FF Chicken broth2 Cups Cauliflower1 Tbsp Garlic Powder or 1 clove fresh2 Tbsp raw onion choppedBlack pepper to tasteParsley for garnish.
Directions
Ground Chicken in Magic Bullet or food processor.
In a non stick sauce pan saute chicken, onion and spices. until chicken is no longer pink and onion is transparent.
Add Broth. simmer
Meantime steam cauliflower until soft.
In Magic Bullet puree cauliflower and incorporate it with the chicken and broth.
Garnish with parsley.

Serving Size: Makes 1 - 8 OZ serving
