Ingredients
2 eggs, 1 med onion chopped, 1 c. dry bread crumbs, 1.5 tsp salt, 1/8tsp pepper,, 1.5 lbs of ground venison, 2 TBSP brown sugar, 2TBSP spicy brown mustard, 2 TBSP vinegar.Combine eggs, tomato sauce, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper then mix with ground meat. Press into 9x53 ungreased pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar pour over loaf.Cook for 70 min at 350
