Pumpkin-Honey Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.5 cupMilk, 1%, 1.25 cupSalt, 0.5 tspBaking Powder, 3.5 tspHoney, 6 tbspCanned Pumpkin, 1/3 cupWhole Wheat Pastry Flour, 0.75 cupFlour, white, all-purpose, 0.5 cupEgg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Stir together flours, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Measure bran cereal and milk into mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes, or until cereal is softened. Add egg, honey, and pumpkin. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased muffin=pan cups.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees F, about 15 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
