Ingredients
ground chicken, 16 oz Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, half tablespoonland o lakes whipped unslated butter, 2 tbsp Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 12 tbsp Celery, raw, 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Shallots, 1 tbsp grated on cheese gratermoore's buffalo sauce-halfcup bread crumbs flavored 34 grams
Directions
* mix chicken, grated shallots, parsley, garlic , bread crumb together in a bowl,
*divide into about 20 even balls
* place on cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes at 375- make sure they are done all the way through.
*in pan, melt butter, and add buffalo sauce.
* add meatballs and let simmer until coated
*serve with 3 tbsp of fat free ranch and 1.5 stalk of celery
makes 4 servings
