Raspbery Honey Vinaigrette

1 tbsp Dijon mustard1.5 tbsp raspberry vinegar1 small minced clove garlic1 tbsp 35% cream1 tsp honey1/2 cup canola oilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
whisk first 5 ingredients together
Slowly pour in oil while whisking to create a nice emulsion
season with salt & pepper to taste
