Turkey-Pork Meat Loaf

Ingredients
Large Package ground turkeylarge package ground pork, lean1 sweet red pepper, finely chopped1 tsp Italian spices with hot peppers1 Tbs parsley.and mixed herbs1/4 C dried chopped onion2 Tbs ketchup1 Tbs grainy mustard1 Tbs flax seed2/3 C bread crumbs1 egg, well-beatenpepper and salt to taste (i used 1 tsp salt)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf; place in a large loaf pan and bake for 1 hr 15 mins at 350 degrees F.
