Stacey's Apple Chutney Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
406 g sliced pork tenderloin2 tsp canola oil200g sliced sweet bell peppers100 g sliced red onion1 garlic clove minced1 250ml jar Chatty's Apple Chutney
Directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet, add vegetables and saute until starting to soften; add pork pieces and 1/2 cup water and let pork cook through. Add Chutney and let simmer for flavors to come together.

Serve with basmati rice or quinoa.
