Fireworks Potato Salad

2 - 4 inch red potatoes (rosy red inside)2 - 4 inch white potatoes2 - 4 inch blue potatoes (blue-purple inside)6 medium slices of cooked bacon1 1/2 cups - white sweet onion1 1/2 cups green bell pepper1/2 tsp. of black pepper1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper1 1/2 to 2 cups Marzetti Lite Slaw Dressing (depending on how sweet you want the potato salad)
Boil potatoes in jackets till tender. Peel and slice while warm. Put in a bowl and set aside. Fry bacon. Remove to paper towels to absorb grease. Let cool, then slice into 1/4" pieces. Add chopped onion and bell pepper and mix. Sprinkle black and cayenne peppers and mix well. Fold in the Marzetti Lite Slaw Dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
