Carrot Cake Applesauce

Ingredients
2 c. sugar4 eggs2 c. flour1 1/2 c. applesauce sweetened2 t. cinnamon2 t. baking soda2 t. baking powder1 t. salt1 c. chopped pecans3 c. grated carrotsICing1 8 oz cream cheese1 stick butter1 t. vanilla3 c. powder sugar
Directions
beat eggs, add sugar and applesauce and mix. Sift flour, cinnamon, soda, powder, and salt together and add to egg mixture. then add carrots and pecans Bake at 350 until cake leaves the sides of pan. 30-50 mins.

Icing put all ingredients in bowl in mix with mixer until blended. softened butter.
