Chorizo Black Beans

Ingredients
1 cup cooked or 1 can black beans1 chorizo sausage.25 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped kaleshredded colby jack cheese (block cheese shredded yourself)
Directions
Remove sausage from its casing and crumble it into a medium hot skillet.
While sausage browns, chop onion and kale then add them to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent and sausage is brown. Add black beans and cook until beans are warmed through.

Serve over chick pea flatbread, cornbread, rice or tortilla chips, and top with shredded cheese.
