put one cup graham cracker crumbs and 4 tbsp butter and 1/2 cup toasted sweetened coconut in processor, press into 8" springform pan. Mix eggs, cream cheese (8oz) yogurt (16 ounces) and sugar and lime juice and rind in bowl. Pour into graham crust. Bake in Bain Marie for 70-80" at 300F or until just set in center. Let cool in oven (turned off), then refrigerate overnight. Garnish with remaining toasted coconut. Can be make with non-fat, low fat or full fat yogurt.
