White Rice, long grain, 1.25 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 cloves dicedTomato Sauce, 1 cup Cumin seed, 1 tsp chicken bouillion 1 cubeWater, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Canola Oil, .25 cup
In Medium heat heat oil in skillet until shimmering. Add rice to brown. Stir lightly so not to break the grains, until golden. Add onion, tomato, garlic and stir until onion is translucent. Add tomatoe sauce and water. Add bouillion, cumin, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, cover and cimmer for 20 to 25 minutes until rice is tender and water has evaporated.
