Oatmeal Bake - Apple Cinnamon (no nuts)

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup packed brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon2 egg whites1 whole egg1 1/4 cup milk1/4 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups peeled, cored, chopped apple (2 med apples)
Directions
1. Combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, egg whites and egg in bowl.
2. Whisk together milk, canola oil, vanilla extract and add to the oats mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Peel, core and chop apples. Add to oat mixture and pour batter into 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
