Ingredients
1/2 cup whole grain oatmeal3/4 cup water1/8 t. coconut extract1/8 t. almond extract1/2 t. vanilla extract2 T. sliced almonds2 T. shredded coconut (tracker has sweetened in it)1 T. chocolate chips
Directions
combine oatmeal and water and place in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Add extracts and coconut and place in microwave for an additional 30 seconds. add almonds and chocolate, stir and ENJOY!

    I changed it a little in that I used steel cut oats and cooked on stovetop for 30 mins, but I used the same flavoring ingredients stirred in after it was cooked and it was really yummy! - 7/24/11
