Pan Seared Spicy Tilapia

3 4oz Tilapia Filets1 large green pepper (cut into strips)3 tsp margarine2 limes1 lemonCrushed Red Pepper (to taste)
Take a large skillet and begin melting the margarine on low heat. Cut the Green Pepper into strips and add to the skillet.
Add the 4oz Tilapia filets.
Squeeze the two limes and one lemon over the fish.
Raise heat to meadium high. The juice will begin to burn off and the fish will sear. Fish cooks very quickly so keep a close eye on it!! Turn fish after approx 2 - 2 1/2 minutes and add crushed red pepper to taste.
Serve each filet with a few strips of green pepper on top to garnish.
Rice and a green vegetable compliment this dinner well.
Serving Size: One filet garnished with green pepper strips.
