Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 envelope of taco seasoningGenerous bed of lettuce1 cup chopped tomato2-1/2 cup chopped onions1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Directions
In a saucepan, brown the ground turkey over moderate heat. Add one envelope of taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Place generous servings of lettuce on 4 plates. Top wiht turkey mixture, tomatoes, onions, salsa and cheese. Note recipe includes 1/4 cup of salsa per serving, adjust calories if you use less. But I love Salsa.
