Hawaiian Teriyaki Pork

1 1/2 lb package boneless pork chops2 Tbsp lite soy sauce3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth1/4 cup diced pineapple2 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp ground ginger1 Tbsp cornstarch2 cloves garlic, minced
1. Preheat a large wok over medium-high heat and add oil. Once heated, add pork and cook for 3 minutes.
2. In a bowl, combine broth, brown sugar, ginger and garlic and mix. Add pineapple to skillet and cook 30 seconds. Pour sauce over pork, lower heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Uncover pork and increase heat to medium-high. Add cornstarch mixture and stir constantly until thickened, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
