Charlie Shaw Shrimp

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Shrimp, raw, 17 oz Garlic, 4 cloves Arrowroot flour, 2.5 grams Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Dry White Wine, 1 cup*Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Stock, .5 cup
Directions
Heat olive oil in nonstick. Add chunky garlic and cook until soft. Add sliced mushrooms and brown slightly. Add wine, reduce to 1/2. Add arrowroot to chicken stock, poor over other ingredients and stir until thickened. Add shrimp to pan, cook until just done (curling), careful not to overcook.
