Ingredients
Directions
2 Large Potatoes1 Clove Garlic1 Tbs Olive Oil1 Tsp Black Pepper1/2 Tsp Salt
Wash and cut potatoes into fry wedges, peel optional.
(Thinner pieces bake faster, so keep pieces evenly sized)
Dice garlic clove, and place garlic, oil, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Toss potatoes in and coat them throughly.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spread fries out on a single layer, do not overlap.
Bake at 375, for about 10 minutes. Carefully flip sides with a spatula, and place back into oven for another 10 minutes or until browned. If in a hurry, you can broil for 2 minutes each side to brown, but baking ensures flavors have time to meld.
Let cool for at least 2 minutes before removing from pan, serve warm with ketchup and enjoy :)
