Slow Cooker Cabbage & Potatoes

Ingredients
1/2 large head cabbage, chopped1 medium onions, peeled and sliced6 small red potatoes, quartered or cubed (depends on size)3/4 cup of fat free chicken brothsalt & pepper to taste (not included in nutrional info)
Directions
Spray the inside pot of a slow cooker. Add the first three ingredients, stir to mix. Pour in broth, add salt & pepper to taste, and cover.

Cook on low heat for five hours.

I serve this with grilled Chicken sausages, or a Smoked Turkey sausage.
