Pecan Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 scoop vanilla protein powder isolate1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract3/4 teaspoon maple extract1/2 teaspoon butter extract1 Tablespoon pecans, chopped5 cubes of Ice1 Tablespoon Cool whip free1 square low fat graham cracker, crushed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Pour into a tall glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a few sprinkles of graham cracker.
