Chocolate Pecan Turtle Protein Muffins

Ingredients
2 Egg whites, beaten3 Tablespoons Milk2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Caramel Torani Syrup1 Tablespoon vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons fat free Pancake Mix 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa 1 scoop Chocolate Protein isolate Powder12 Pecan halvesPinch salt
Directions
1. Mix egg, milk, syrup and oil and combine thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix pancake mix, cocoa, protein powder and salt. Tip dry into wet and stir till combined.

2. Pour into a non stick mini muffin pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Place a pecan on top of each.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
