Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 1.50 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 0.50 cup Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Mushrooms, 1 cup, slicedEgg whites, 4low moisture park skim mozzarella cheese, 1.75 cup *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, choppedChicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, cooked, choppedspinach, 1 cup, choppedItalian seasoningMrs. Dash tomato basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. In a medium bowl, mix flour and any seasonings you desire. I used Italian seasoning. add eggs and milk, stir till well blended. Spray a large deep dish pie pan with pan spray and pour the mixture into it. Top with toppings and bake for 15 - 20 until golden on top and sides. cut into 16 slices.

    you can make a personal pizza also using whole wheat tortillas and i put them in a pan with a little olive oil and just flip them once, for a little crunch and add toppings and turn off the heat, once its cooled, eat away... - 10/10/10
