Slow Cooker Beef Roast

Ingredients
2 lb round roast or stew meat1 lg onion, sliced1 packet onion soup mix1 c water
Directions
Place roast in crock pot/low cooker. top with onion soup mix and onions, add water. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours, high approx 3-4 hours, until desired done ness or until it falls apart. Serve with potatoes rice, or veggies.
