Fruity Pancake Bites

1/2 cup fat free Pancake Mix, dry1/3 cup skim milk1/4 cup Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup4 medium strawberries, diced1/4 cup blueberries1/4 sugar free maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk and caramel syrup together until thoroughly combined.
3. Pour batter into a non-stick 12 cup mini muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Fill each cup about 3/4 full.
4. Top each muffin with fruit.
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool 3 - 4 minutes and serve with a side of sugar free syrup.
