Bell Pepper Rice

Ingredients
basmati rice, bell pepper (red/green/yellow/orange), onion, salt, ghee, cumin, chili powder, garam masala powder (optional)
Directions
Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds until fragrant; Add rinsed basmati rice and fry lightly for 2 min; Add 6 cups of water and 3tsp of salt to the fried rice mixture and pressure cook for 12 min; Cut onion, red/green/yellow bell peppers to strips, Heat 2 tbsp of ghee/oil and cook onion/pepper mixture for 10 min until soft; Add 2 tsp of salt and chili powder as needed; mix with cooked rice and add indian garam masala powder if desired.
