2 to 3 lbs ground turkey1 to 2 cups palin oatmeal1-2 fresh eggs1 -16oz jar Page Chunky Salsa Medium1 cup finely chopped onion, celery and red and or green peppersSeason to taste kosher salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning1-3 crushed cloves of fresh garlic
Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl, add fresh cracked eggs or egg substitute is great. Add 1-16 oz jar of salsa, add oatmeal and fresh chopped vegetables, garlic (optional), and seasoning. Mix together by hand. It is best if let marinate for and hour or two, if not proceed with patty making, best if oon charcoal grill, can be cooked on stove in skillet, or on stove top grill. Serve with wheat buns or whole wheat/multi grain bread or eat the patty without the bread. Its great either way.
