Pita w/garlic hummus, arugla, greek olives, cuke, tomato & toasted shallots

Ingredients
1/2 Pita Bread2 Tbsp Ceasar's Garlic Lovers Hummus1/4 cup arugula4 slices of both a roma tomato and cucumber3 Kalamata Greek Olives pitted1 Small Shallot
Directions
1. Heat a small pan on medium hight heat, in the mean time cut a small shallot in to rings, throw them into the pan and cook until brown. Once cooked remove from pan to cool.
2. Open pita bread and add all of the above ingridents.
