4 chicken breast, boneless and skinless1 package of tace seasoning1 can of tomato sauce
Mix the ingredients in a slow cooker. Set the timer to either high or low. This depends on when you want to eat. Check after three hours on high or four on low. Top with low fat cheese and serve with rice. This makes 4 0.5 oz servings of chicken.
