Marinated Slo Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
MARINADE1 cup water1/2 cup vinegar1/2 cup white wine1 packet or cube beef boulion2 tsp prepared mustard2 TBS brown sugar1 large onion, slicedseasoning to taste3 lb. tip roast1/3 cup flour1 cup sour cream
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over tip roast. Marinate for several hours or overnight, turning roast occasionally. Slow cook roast on low for 6-8 hours. If desired, add any vegatables and seasonings. Longer cooking vegetables (potatoes, rice, carrots, turnips, etc.) should be added with meat. Add faster cooking vegetables (mushrooms, corn, greens, etc.) during the last hour. Remove roast and vegetables to serving platter. Mix flour with a small amount of water to disolve and add to marinade in the pot to thicken.
Once gravy has thickened, turn off the pot and add sour cream. Pour sauce over meat and serve.
