Spicy Veggies & Chicken Crock pot

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes, 1 package fresh mushrooms, 1 cup fresh cut Kale, 1/2 onion (or less depending on taste), 1 cup broccoli slaw, 1 package of chicken tenders or chicken breast (your preference, depending on servings), Fresh Pico De Gallo from Trader Joe's (or other store, make sure its fresh with no other crazy ingredients)
Directions
Pretty easy, I boiled the raw chicken for 5-7 minutes in a mixture of water and a bit of the Veggie Broth. While the chicken is in the pot, I washed/cut all the veggies and threw them in the crock pot with 1 (almost) full container of Veggie Broth from TJs. I added the chicken and set the food in the crock pot on high for 2 hours and on low for 1 hour. Cook time will vary based on crockpot or stove top use.
