fish with mango salsa

Ingredients
mangocucumber basilmahi mahiolive oil extra virgincanola oiljuice of one limesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix diced mango and cucumber with chopped basil, 2 Tbsp olive oil and lime juice. Cook fish in canola oil for about 6 minutes per side and serve with relish.
