Jessy's classic roast chicken

Ingredients
* Garlic, 6 cloves (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 2 lemon yields (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) * Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken, bone and skin removed
Directions
mince cloves 4 & make a paste using the other ingredients. coat under skin & inside cavity + over the skin. insert 2 cloves (whole) + 1 lemon inside the cavity & tie the legs with a cotton string. Cook till done. Makes 2 servings. A serving = 1/2 of the chicken.
