Low Carb Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
Low Carb Tortilla, 7" White Low Carb Tortilla, 6 serving*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Velveeta Cheese Spread, 4 oz *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.25 cup Salsa, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven 350. Brown ground turkey and season (salt and pepper. Drain. Add velveeta and salsa to the meat. Spray a glass pan with cooking spray. Add first tortilla then the meat mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Layer until all the mixture and tortillas are used. Meat mixture should be last and add cheese. Bake in oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream. (not included in carb or calorie count)
