Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened1 cup white sugar2 eggs1 1/2 cup mashed banana1 1/2 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with paper liners

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla, then bananas. Combine the flour, cinnamon and baking soda then add to the banana mixture. Stir just until it's combined.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean.
