Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole

2 cups diced cooked chicken breast1/2 cup diced onion2-3 cups broccoli, steamed1.5 cups cooked rice1 can cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of broccoli)1 8oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese.5 cup milkAdd your favorite seasonings: I use garlic powder, Penzey's California Pepper, Penzey's Mural of Flavors
Cook rice per package directions. Steam broccoli and onion until al dente.
In a large skillet or saucepan, combine rice, broccoli, onion soup, milk, cheddar and cream cheese. Cook on low until cheeses are melted and blended in. Add cooked chicken and continue to cook until chicken is warm.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5 cup servings
