Broccoli Pesto

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic1/2 cup chopped pecans1 tbsp lemon juice3 cups broccoli, blanched1 tsp olive oil (more if you want runnier consistency)Salt to taste
Directions
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes.
Blend nuts, garlic and olive oil in food processor until smooth.
Add in broccoli, lemon juice and salt and pulse until smooth. Ta-da! Broccoli pesto!

Serving Size: Makes about a cup or so of pesto
