Ingredients
Wholegrain rice with Mediterranean veg Uncle Bens Microwave 250 gram(s) 1 red Onion, chopped, 76 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tspMushrooms, fresh chopped 125 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes halved or chopped 76 gramsPeas, frozen, 46 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 43 gramsFrozen Garlic, 9 grams Italian herbs 1 tsp
Directions
Fry onion in oil till starting to caramalise, add mushrooms and stir well and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and a little water with herbs. Add frozen corn, peas and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes stirring ocassionally. Add rice and stir well till heated through and water has evaporated.
