Ingredients
2 large very ripe bananasApplesauce, unsweetened, .75 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1.33 cup Kroger semi sweet chocolate chips mini, 3 tbsp Chobani Greek Yogurt-Fat Free, Plain, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Baking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspabout 1/8 C sunflower seeds, non salted
Directions
In one bowl, combine yogurt, eggs (can use substitute, I just didn't have any) 2 or 3 very ripe bananas, honey and applesauce. Use a potato masher, fork, or spoon to squish the banana and mix the ingredients together. It 's okay for there to be small chunks of banana in the batter, but you want most of the banana to be reduced to mush.

In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon (optional).

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until the ingredients are blended together.

If you like, stir in additional ingredients here, such as chopped walnuts or pecans, dried cherries or apricots, or chocolate chips. A small handful (about a half a cup) is about right.

Pour the dough into greased baking pans and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Small loaves take around 30 minutes. About 10 slices each loaf.

I want to try this recipe but appears that honey was omitted from ingredients list. It says to add honey and applesauce in directions. Exactly how much honey?
