"Candied" Squash and Sweet Potato Mix

Ingredients
14 oz cubed butternut squash14 oz cubed sweet potato2 apples diced 14 oz spiced apple cider1 tbsp butter4 tbsp chopped pecans
Directions
Microwave squash, sweet potatoes, and apples. Approx 20 mins until soft (potatoes may take longer than squash and apples so start them first).
In a saucepan, boil down the apple cider until it is thick. Add butter and stir until butter melts.
Pour cider mixture over potato, squash, and apples. Add pecans and stir.

Makes 5 servings (approx 1 cup per serving).
