Ingredients
Ground beef, 350 grams Parsley, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 100 grams Egg, fresh, 1 medium Tomato Paste, 0.125 cup
Directions
place the mince parsley onions and bread crumbs into a bowl
beat the egg
add the egg and tomato paste to the mixture and mix with your hands
split the mixture into 4 and shape into chunky burgers with your hands
preheat the grill and grill on both sides for 5 mins making sure the burger is fully cooked
